01/04/2018: Matt T.: The raw water pipe leading to the aerator at Montrose has frozen, therefore, they are currently being supplied by EJ water. If I recall correctly, the last time this happened it took several weeks for everything to thaw out. Since the wells and water treatment plant cannot be used as water sources at this time, they should be considered out of service for the purposes of coliform sampling. The current sample taps cannot be used anyway. JL
